Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of enterprise software engineering, AI automation pipelines, and consulting services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Deposits and milestone payments are tied to the delivery of specific engineering goals outlined in your Master Service Agreement (MSA). If a project is cancelled before completion, the Client is responsible for payment for all work performed up to the cancellation date.

For recurring SaaS or hosting services provided by NexVelt, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

In the rare event that a refund is deemed appropriate (e.g., duplicate billing errors), the refund request will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
